Stephanie Henley-Pippert RN, FNP

Stephanie Henley, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. A native of Northeast Missouri, Ms. Henley is planning to make Memphis her home.  She is an MU graduate with both a BS and Masters in Nursing.  She has experience in adult and geriatric care and interests in treatment of diabetes, congestive heart failure, pulmonary disease, palliative care, heart attacks & strokes.  Her family medicine practice at Memphis Medical Services will include medical treatment for patients of all ages, without a lengthy wait to get an appointment. 

While in college, Ms. Henley worked at many different levels of nursing/healthcare. She worked as a Research Assistant, Behavioral Therapist and Certified Medical Assistant. Once she earned a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, she spent several years as a floor nurse at University of Missouri Hospital, before returning to school to earn a Masters Degree in Nursing.

Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are licensed health professionals who practice medicine with a collaborating physician supervision. NPs are educated to use the same medical procedures as their physician counterparts. For example, NPs take medical histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret laboratory tests, perform minor surgery, and in most states can prescribe medicine. NPs practice in virtually every kind of medical specialty, from family medicine to surgery. Ms. Henley’s collaborating physician at Memphis Medical Services is Dr. Jeff Davis.

The addition of Ms. Henley to the team at Memphis Medical Services is an asset to both the hospital and the community.  She is located at Memphis Medical Services.
