Job Summary

The Patient Accounts Service Representative works as a team member of the financial services department. Under the general direction of the Revenue Cycle Manager, this position performs bookkeeping, accounting, billing, collections, and related work in patient accounts, understanding and maintaining accounts receivable (A/R) status of all patient and self-pay billing accounts, focusing on patient satisfaction as well as fiscal responsibility.

Education/Training

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience in Medical Billing office (preferred)

Excellent communication & customer service skills
