Dr. Davis-Humes Completes Leadership Development Training

PHOTO Bi-Line Dr. Davis-Humes is the Chief of Staff at Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, MO, and she recently completed the Leading Physician Well-being Certificate Program (LPW).

The American Academy of Family Physicians recently recognized and celebrated Dr. Kelsey Davis-Humes’ successful completion of the Leading Physician Well-being Certificate Program (LPW). Dr. Davis-Humes is the Chief of Staff at Scotland County Hospital in Memphis, MO. Dr. Davis-Humes is a Family Medicine Physician at Scotland County Hospital and Clinics. She sees patients of all ages at Memphis Medical Services and Wyaconda Medical Services. She provides OB care to expectant mothers and delivers babies at the Scotland County Hospital Women’s Center.

The LPW Certificate Program is a 10-month leadership development experience designed specifically for physicians who are committed to advancing well-being and leading transformative change within their organizations. Through immersive learning, peer collaboration, and expert coaching, scholars gain essential skills in leadership, organizational culture change, and performance improvement with a strong focus on improving physician well-being and reducing burnout.
